Round 3 Results

WOMENS ROUND 3 RESULTS

Another two wins from three outings this week.

WOMENS THIRDS:

Another unreal week on the park for our Women’s Thirds side, ticking off their third win in a row!

They travelled out to face Canterbury Cobras and put on an absolute show, taking a 65-point win.

They are undefeated after three rounds and are enjoying every second out on the park!

Lauren Kenneally and Olivia Box were named in the best.

WOMENS RESERVES:

Our Womens Reserves were able to back up last week’s win with another stellar performance!

They defeated Caulfield by 83 points in a very classy showing.

Another win as they continue to keep pushing early this season.

WOMENS SENIORS:

The Senior Women competed hard but were no match for Caulfield Grammarians in the end, going down by 16 points.

They’re keen to get back to their strong start to the season, so are looking ahead and will be tweaking their game plan to take on Old Yarra Cobras.

MENS ROUND 3 RESULTS

Another mixed bag of results in Round 3 - but our Seniors finally got a much-needed win!

MENS UNDER 19s (Round 4):

The Under 19s continued their winning ways, but this week was a bit closer than the last few have been!

They managed to take a 1-point win over Monash Blues in an all-time classic!

Lucas Woolfe had 2 goals, alongside Ben Lingard who also kicked 2.

MENS THIRDS:

Unfortunately our Thirds were no match for Ajax in the Sunday match, going down by 30 points.

Chester Murdoch, Louis Jorgensen and Alastair Mackay were named in the best, while Will Rees kicked 2 goals.

MENS RESERVES:

Our Mens Reserves were unable to hold off a fast finishing Old Scotch going down by 12 points.

Nonetheless, another hard effort by the boys, with hopes they can get back to their earlier winning ways next week.

Wilson MacDonald and Timothy van Twest were named best afield, while Ben Meachem kicked 2.

MENS SENIORS:

A win, finally!

A gutsy effort from our Senior Men saw us pull off a fantastic 3-point win over rivals Old Scotch!

In front of a huge crowd commemorating ANZAC Day at our annual Luncheon, the team were able to keep Scotch at bay.

Ben Darrou and Josh Walker both kicked 2 goals each, while Scott Beilby and Luke McCleary were among the best.
